1. Vendor Eligibility

All vendors must provide accurate and complete business information, including legal entity, contact details, and necessary tax documentation.

Vendors must comply with local, state, and national laws governing the sale of clothing and accessories.

2. Product Listings and Descriptions

Vendors must ensure that all product descriptions are truthful, accurate, and free of misleading information.

Clothing must be categorized correctly and should have clear sizing, fabric information, and images showing the true quality of the product.

Any product that does not meet the quality standards or misrepresents the actual item will be subject to removal.

3. Pricing and Payments

Vendors are responsible for setting the prices of their products but must remain competitive.

Prices should include taxes where applicable and must not fluctuate excessively without a valid reason.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner, with shipping deadlines clearly communicated in their store profile.

Delays in shipping or non-compliance with delivery times may lead to penalties or suspension of the vendor’s account.

Vendors must provide tracking information for all shipments where applicable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies, which should comply with the store’s overall guidelines on returns.

Returns should be processed within a specified time frame (e.g., 14 or 30 days) and refunds should be issued promptly.

Vendors must handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolution, keeping the marketplace’s reputation intact.

6. Quality Control

Vendors are expected to maintain high standards for the quality of the clothing and accessories they offer becoz we allow the customers to check there parcal before payments.

Regular quality checks may be conducted by the marketplace, and substandard items can be removed or lead to vendor penalties.

Counterfeit or unauthorized replica products are strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Products

Vendors are not allowed to list or sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items, including but not limited to pirated clothing designs, offensive imagery, or hazardous materials.

Items violating the store’s policies will be removed, and repeated violations may result in account termination.

8. Commissions and Fees

The store will charge a 4% commission on each sale made through the platform.

Any additional fees, such as listing fees, promotional costs, or payment processing charges, will be clearly outlined and agreed upon during the onboarding process.

9. Vendor Conduct

Vendors must engage professionally with customers and other vendors, maintaining respectful communication at all times.

Any form of harassment, abusive language, or unethical practices will lead to immediate suspension of the vendor’s account.

10. Intellectual Property

Vendors must ensure that their products do not violate any intellectual property laws, including trademarks and copyrights.

Vendors will be held accountable for any legal disputes arising from infringement claims.

11. Termination

The marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for repeated violations of the store’s policies, failure to fulfill orders, or any conduct that damages the reputation of the platform.

Vendors may terminate their participation by providing a written notice (specify the notice period).

12. Data Protection

Vendors must comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations, particularly regarding customer data.

Vendors are prohibited from sharing customer data outside of necessary order fulfillment purposes.

13. Amendments to Policies

The store reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the platform will imply acceptance of the revised terms.
